Setting up/clearing up time

Hourly rates include an extra 30 minutes before and after for setting up/clearing up. Additional setting up/clearing up time will be charged at 50% hourly rate.

Refundable security deposit

A separate refundable security deposit of £250 may be requested at the discretion of the management committee, which will be retuned if the facility has been left in a good and clean condition, with no damage or losses. This is payable when the balance is due.
